How quickly can you start?
We can usually begin onboarding within a week. If you have urgent needs, just let us know—we’ll always try to accommodate.
Do I need to train you?
Nope—we’re already familiar with equine practice workflows. We’ll ask a few questions upfront and then get stuck in.
Will you work with my existing systems?
Yes. We’ve worked with most Veterinary PMS/PIMS and are fluent in most office software including Office 365, Teams and Google Workspace.
How do you keep client information secure?
We follow strict confidentiality protocols and use secure, cloud-based systems. Data protection is a top priority.
Can I start small and scale up later?
Yes - many clients begin with our Core plan and move to Complete as they scale. We’ll help you find the right fit. We also have various pay-as-you-go options available and can provide quotes for one-off projects.
What hours do you work?
We’re available during core weekday hours. Extended hours or phone cover can be arranged for one-off events.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Whilst hours don't rollover, we’ll keep you updated on usage so you can make best use of your allowance.
Can you just help with one-off admin jobs?
Yes - while our packages offer the best value, we do take on one-off projects or cover during busy periods.
